“Ottima posizione e ottima sistemazione con la possibilità di godere dei servizi privati sulla spiaggia nell’isola di fronte con mare incantevole. Hotel in rinnovamento con le camere nuove moderne e di buon gusto ma molto mal isolate e rumorose. Personale spesso insofferente e mal disposto, quasi infastidito se interpellato. “If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. There are fishing tours readily available and we spent a good Part of the week hiking about and lying on the empty beaches. Lots of sailboat cruisers around to chat with and other areas...

“The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room. It is a very spacious house and ideal for the children in the event...

“We arrived to a very friendly staff, the boat captains were very friendly and helped us get across to our cottage every day and night. Anytime we had a question and called the front desk they were always happy to help. They have a very friendly orange cat around the beach bar that my wife loved. We would love to go back when we can!”

“We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island.”

“An outstanding house that served the needs of our adult family perfectly. The views are amazing. The back yard pool area was outstanding. The pool had a leak and was low on water, but still swimmable and going to be repaired soon we were told. The "roads" leading to the house ... wow ... that is all you can say ... LOL. Be prepared for an off-road experience ... but this is the nature of the island as a whole. Overall though this vacation was perfect. Beautiful island and it's people are...

“We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!”

“February Point is quiet and convenient. The house is very comfortable and everyone loved the view from their bedroom. The boat is perfect for cruising around the bay and the private dock made starting the adventure very easy. The host was quick to respond.”

“Sabrina’s apartment is a little gem. You need to rent a car to reach the beaches and also George Town where you can find supermarket, gas station, bank etc... but apart from that nothing is missing. We felt immediately at home, almost better, and Sabrina was always very kind and helpful at any time to help us meet our needs. I highly recommend it.”

“Maryellen M. My family and I recently traveled to Exuma for the first time in May. First off it is one of the most breathtaking islands that we have ever had the privilege of visiting! Secondly, we couldn't have picked a more beautiful property to stay at then Xanadu House! The house has the most spectacular views from every angle!!! It is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for your island stay. A wonderful surprise for us was the treats that were left in the refrigerator...
