Three Pine Trees Cottage

We are thrilled to host you in our dog-friendly, cozy cottage. It’s nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by nature, yet it's conveniently located near main roads and local attractions. The cottage is equipped with high-speed internet and a dedicated office space, making it perfect for remote work while offering a peaceful retreat.

You can enjoy the outdoors on our large private deck, utilize our top-of-the-line gas grill, and relax in the spacious fenced-in yard or by the fire pit—all available right on the property. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun without needing to leave the cottage.

Spotless house just as advertised with thoughtful amenities for the humans (eggs from their chickens! Well appointed kitchen! Snacks!) and dogs (several cozy dog beds, blankets, toys, ramps, towels, bowls … our senior boy was stoked to use the ramp down to the yard and grateful for area rugs on the hardwood). The kitchen was so nice we ended up cooking from the farmers market and grilling when we had planned to go out. Would gladly stay here again as we are huge fans of Honesdale, Narrowsburg and Callicoon. Also appreciated the EV charger. One less thing to worry about.

We’ve stayed in about 20 vacation rentals to date and consider ourselves good judges of what makes one rental better than another. We can’t say enough superlatives about this cozy cottage. It was immaculate and charming, and to say that every need was met would be an understatement; there wasn’t a thing we could have needed that wasn’t provided, from micellar makeup remover pads in the bathroom to ‘s’mores fixings to use in the lovely outdoor fire pit, to fresh eggs in the fridge. The place is freshly and carefully renovated to provide esthetic appeal and comfort. The towels are thick and the beds and pillows are comfortable. If we had one quibble it would be the lack of AC units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but the weather was cool and we didn’t need it. For 4 adults, not having a bathroom associated with the master bedroom was a slight inconvenience. The location is lovely, with rolling country roads and nearby cute towns like Hawley and Narrowsburg, and fine restaurants and activities to enjoy. The property is child- and pet-safe, with multiple safety and play considerations. Overall, we can’t recommend this rental highly enough, with the two caveats mentioned above.

Second stay

This is our second time staying here. Just an amazing property. We had our dogs with us who enjoyed the yard and the dog friendly porch in the front of the house. Everything you could possibly think of was provided a gourmet kitchen for cooking, wonderful bedding, everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.!

The house was great! The owner goes above and beyond. We forgot a couple things but they saved us with all the thoughtful extras. Would highly recommend! The house was very clean! Great for anyone with dogs. Backyard is great!!!The only thing we would have done differently was to book a few extra days! :)

This house is amazing! The pictures are great but even better in person. Beds are comfortable pillows also. The sheets, the towels, the comforters, the extra blankets they were all amazing. I have really thought of everything they have things you would never expect to see in a vacation house from appliances to cooking utensils pots and pans baking sheets. Bathrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags they even have seasonings that you can use sugar they have a whole coffee and tea bar. The outside is also amazing have games the fire pit is incredible the fenced in yard is great the deck it’s just a beautiful property to stay at. Tree that the deer is come and eat from it was just a really great experience.

Great Concert Getaway

Went to a concert weekend with friends. Walked in and had a great gift basket full of amazing goodies! Farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator along with snacks! The owners made sure to touch base with us, ensuring a really wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Myself, my husband and two dogs stayed at this wonderful home. The house was so dog friendly, and the host was extremely accommodating. The house was filled with so many extras from a coffee and tea bar to beautiful bedding and a gorgeous backyard with a great deck for just sitting out on and relaxing just a 10 out of 10 . We will absolutely be back again

Fantastic host and house!

Mandy is an outstanding hostess! She’s super responsive and gracious and even left us a lovely welcome basket. They have thought of so many little details and extras. We not only weren’t lacking for anything but had things we never would have thought about. The house is clean, modern, and very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area. Thanks Mandy!
