“The room was large and bright and very clean. It was however very noisy but we knew that before we booked. Because our room was just outside the cleaning staff area and managers office, we heard the staff very early morning. There were lots of families as well so the kids running by our room screaming to head to the pool was a pain. The beds, though super spacious were very uncomfortable. “All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped.”

“I have had a lot of trouble with the cleanliness of the room. I found some lipstick on my bedsheet and the next day that I got to bed after the room was cleaned. I still found that lipstick on the bedsheet, which I thought they just made the bed the shower head was leaking. I mentioned it and I stayed here before as well, and the same thing happened in the room based on the pricing of the hotel per night. “People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”
