“All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped.”

“If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, I would not recommend staying here. The walls are very thin, and noisy neighbors can easily keep you awake. I was here on a work-cation so sleeping in was not an option for me. After being woken up around 5 a.m. on my first night, I reported the issue to staff. “We had a great experience at this B&B. The Lake Room and all of the associated amenities were spectacular and there was an incredible vista view of the lake and downtown. The hosts were fantastic. We appreciated the ample and delicious breakfasts in the kitchen with the view of the lake and also very much enjoyed the conversation and recommendations for Kelowna’s hidden gems (restaurants, wineries and sightseeing options).
