“Room was good although did find a used straw under a chair and bathroom vent was very dusted. Staff was nice and friendly.”

“Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...

“Such nice views”

“The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone.”

“Note: All adults have to show id for the room. Our room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to be reassigned. After that, it was a fine stay. Good job on maintaining a quality breakfast, keeping everything full and the space clean.”

“Parking was good, breakfast included. Be advised there is not an elevator ..not so good for seniors or heavy baggage. Trash overflowing outside for a couple days. Has coffeemaker, microwave, fridge ,desk area... beds were comfortable.”

“Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm. Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia. Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock. Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it. Bed was ok. Quiet room. Parking was a cluster when first arriving.”
