“Overbooked, overcharged for 4 nights instead of two. Bad Inventory system. Spend 3 hours In the late evening to try and find a solution for the first night. Told them not to cancel my reservation as I only needed to find a room elsewhere for the first night - and they still cancelled it. Had to call Expedia to get help. Already got charged for these rooms btw. So they tell me to come in the next day and I won’t be charged additionally. Now instead of only being charged $280, I’m being charged...

“The images are pretty deceiving. We stayed in a room with a full bed for almost $300 - it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The room needs some major updates, and it was SO dang hot. The location was nice - I was traveling to work and could easily grab a nightcap since it was downtown Ballard. I would have felt better paying $125 for this room. Staff was super nice!”

“Our biggest problem was the room keys, the main reason we will not be back. Beyond difficult to use. Using keys for elevators and parking was problematic, but room locks were a nightmare. Discussed with other guests in hall. Everyone has a problem! Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy in the one window with the rigged A/C, but I assume this is only a temporary fix. Certainly wouldn't think you are done with this setup. A luggage rack would also be nice for short...
