“The carpet in the apartments needed to be cleaned.I walked on my bare feet for ten minutes, or so, my feet started getting dirty”

“Room was clean except for ants by the balcony and on the table by the sliding door. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was alright for a quality inn. Room was quiet except for the busy road in front. Been coming to this hotel for years, love it by it has its quirks, lol”

“Lunch at the grill was ok. Sweaty golfers came in and stunk the place up. Service was sub par. Drinks were good. Came back for dinner because the Cooper head closed at 9pm. Ordered food to go. Live music was cool. Drinks were great. Room was huge. Basic but huge. All in all 7 out of 10”

“My room was clean but the bathroom was less than. I could still see hair in my drain from the last guest and the toilet was not clean on the sides of the toilet bowl . And I could be not nitpicking but in a hotel where germs are many the bathrooms should be extra. The gentlemen who works the front desk in the morning clearly hates his job. And I wouldn’t call what they serve a breakfast the bagels were stail there was no butter for the waffles the coffee tastes like water. I mean you literally...

“The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Nice breakfast and pool.”

“Staff was friendly and room was nice and spacious. It is an older place with renovations, but some things could use attention. The entry door doesn’t close very easy; you practically have to slam it for it to stay closed. Pool was nice. Had it all to myself as the hotel seemed only half occupied mid-week. Location is great. Close to everything. Walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. We arrived early and asked for a possible early check-in not granted unless we paid that $10 for every hour before check in time, $10. Don’t buy much...

“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
