“There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. ”

“The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). ”

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it...

“View of the harbor is lovely. It is outside of the room off a shared walkway. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room also has a “private” balcony and overlooks a busy restaurant with live music. Location to town is great. Staff were caring. Breakfast was only okay.”

“Great location downtown. Nice little "bed & breakfast" feeling property but each guest has their own room and access from outside along with private bathroom and small kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay their again.”

Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.”

“We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.”
