However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. “View of the harbor is lovely. It is outside of the room off a shared walkway. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room also has a “private” balcony and overlooks a busy restaurant with live music. Location to town is great. Staff were caring. Breakfast was only okay.”

“Not very clean, check-in process was difficult, no niceties to the place, not even a box of tissues or a mat in the tub. No notes about the area or recommendations for restaurants, etc. Nothing special at all and TV didn’t work.”

“There was no staff due to it being brand new! The owner Jeff was great and very polite and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and valued! It was very quiet and comfortable for my family. Only about a two block walk to the beach but being in the bay was beautiful to wake up to! ”

“We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny.
