“My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options. “Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.”
