“Was able to park right in front of my unit. The room was clean. And as I told the front desk, this is a older property but very homey . I would stay there again. And the front desk was very helpful and very approachable.”

“Everything was actually nice EXCEPT we didn’t pay close enough attention (neither did the other couple on our floor) because there is no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. ”

“Decor was colorful and unique. Staff friendly especially Gucci🐾 rooms spacious with fabulous amenities. Breakfast food was delicious. Great location for downtown activities. We will visit again. ”

“Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

“A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.”

“Clean room! Nice Staff! Breakfast was pretty good for free - nothing crazy. Parking was tight but doable. Less than a 10 minute walk to light rail was the best part in my opinion due to visiting for an event downtown Seattle ”

“Everything was working properly. At first we couldn't enter the room for a short period of time because the key code was incorrect but after that everything was perfect.”
