“Lovely guest house, 10 minutes walk from Windermere and Bowness. Loads of lovely restaurants, cafes to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and lots of excellent choices. Rich and his team were very helpful. Just be aware that offside health club is 2 miles away so tricky if you don't travel by car. Not a problem for us as we enjoyed the local walks and amenities. Thank you for a great stay.”

“This was our first time staying at Autumn Leaves and it certainly won’t be our last! Rob and Tanya were both so warm and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They recommended dinner places and more for us. We even got an adorable little Easter treat on Sunday morning! The rooms are lovely and cosy, and have everything you need. Although we didn’t try the breakfast offering on this occasion it did smell lovely each day as we left the property! Ideal location within walking distance...
