“Amazing place to stay. First time staying in a B&B having favoured hotel stays in the past and what a nice change in made.
From the warm and friendly welcome and throughout the 3 day stay everything met or exceeded our expectations.
The room (Burley) at the top of the house was amazing with a roll top bath in the room, the most comfortable of bed and just the ambiance of the house made the experience even better.
Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were super friendly too.”

“Lovely property by the river with a spacious room with a balcony overlooking it. Super comfy bed. Modern bathroom with a nice tub, underfloor heating and great L’occitane products.
Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Parking was available at the property free of charge which was definitely a plus.”

“I can not fault this hotel one bit! From the minute we arrived the staff were super helpful. Our room was amazing! Close to walk into the town. We ordered our evening meal through the hotel, and wow… the most gorgeous food I’ve eaten in a long time! Overall book it you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great location if you’re coming and going by train. Ask for a room “not” facing the street - mine did and even with ear plugs the traffic noise was quite loud. (Doesn’t help old school single pane windows which I suppose is common there.) Shower was also weak and stain on duvet cover was, even though small, gross.
That said, location, staff and breakfast (included) were great.”

“We had 2 very good nights sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Funny was the mirror in the bathroom was fitted well high up, you can not see yourself if you are about 5 ft tall. The shower screen was a bit narrow for the long shower tray, the floor got very wet when having shower.”

“Strange entrance to our room as had to hold the fire door open and room door to get the cases in.
Room was clean as was bathroom although bath panel very scruffy.
Due to the style of sink turning the tap on causes a tidal wave and wets you through so have to use cautiously!
Had to pay for parking as didn’t book directly with hotel.”
