“The breakfast selection was either bread, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes or boiled eggs. I initially went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool and jacuzzi. They told me there were towels in a black cart at the pool area. I went to check out the jacuzzi only to find a filthy and cold setting. The jacuzzi was down for maintenance. I was told only after I called from my room. I only found out when I went to inspect the grounds and checked for the jacuzzi timer that the jacuzzi was...
