“The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good. Also the parking is safe.”

“This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.”

“A lot to improve regarding service and maintenance The only good thing was the cleanliness. The front desk service was terrible and lacked any willingness to help. The breakfast is very basic, much inferior to other similar chains. Additionally, the sheer curtain in the room was torn and poorly cut with scissors. Those signs of neglect really take away from the quality of the place.”

“Nice place to stay with lots of things to do in all surrounding areas. Very well maintained and very clean. Rooms are great. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The food there is also very good. I'm not a drinker but they also have a nice small bar there stocked with wine and cocktails. Amenities are good as well. Pool, spa, gym, laundry etc. 1-10 I give thw hotel a strong 8. It's pretty good.”

“The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.”

“Stayed here many times, it's a great place to stay for a great price. Rooms are always clean air conditioning works great, never had a parking issue.”

“My room was backed up to the train tracks, and the entire room shook when the trains drove pass twice. The TV remote did not work. When I called the front desk, no one answered the call. More importantly, for safety concerns, the door was not equipped with a dead bolt lock.”
