“Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care.”

“Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings). The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!”

“The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics.”

“Terrible experience still waiting to hear from the management left several calls no response DONT STAY HERE I travel often at least once a month and the worst ever and high rate . I have never left a negative review but it is more than deserved”
