“Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care.”

“I guess you get what you pay for. I had two rooms so first room had stained linens on both beds employy did bring fresh ones then the ceiling leaked in the bathroom floor of the second room. I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. But what finally did for me was when the toilet wouldn't flush and an employee handed me a plunger and said here you go. Really wish I could get my...

“Breakfast was so-so. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (the walls & ceilings). The room was ok but we were moved to the first floor because THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER and there seemed to be no hurry to have someone come to repair it!! We were supposed to be on the third (top) floor which would have has less noise from the rooms above us but we didn't feel like climbing stairs with all of our luggage, or whenever we went in or out at our age (71)!!”

“We booked last minute due to our RV having some issues. Room was very affordable and clean, comfortable beds and a clean shower with great water pressure. Kids enjoyed the pool! Staff was beyond accommodating in helping us find a space to park our 32ft RV, which did not fit in their lot. Staff literally walked beside us to show us exactly where to park and made sure everything was safe and secure. Location is right on a trolley stop, very convenient!
