“We were extremely disappointed in how poor the cleanliness was of our room. The bedding was stained and had hair on it that wasn't ours. The towels were also stained. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and had boogers on it. The worst part was that immediately after entering the room, and entering the bathroom, we noticed an item sitting on top of the light fixture. We tried to see what it was and a glass tube that looked to be drug paraphernalia fell onto the floor and shattered. We...

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location”

“Room is excellent condition. Pool very well maintained. Breakfast buffet delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The room wasn’t real clean. It smelled like smoke. The bathroom was old and busted up and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The AC either worked way too well or not at all. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see my face in it and the iron I used to iron my shirt nearly ruined it because it was leaking water everywhere.”
