“Stayed here because of the exceptional ratings. But my experience was not all that great. Stayed here an entire week and my room didn’t get tended to until the day before we left. In the middle of the week my husband asked front desk if we could get our room cleaned. Upon returning from our full day out we walked into our room to see that it wasn’t cleaned. “The room smelled really bad , we couldn’t sleep well all night. And room was not quite at all even though we requested way ahead of our check in. The wifi was not working and reception person failed to tell us. Posting it on walls doesn’t help us feel we are being treated. Staff were helpful but the place is not well maintained.”

“First time staying at Moody Gardens in Galveston. Stayed one night, didn’t use amenities except dining next to elevators and the food was surprisingly great! I got the veggie burger without cheese and my friend got the green wrap; both were yum! Had the beach view and even though it wasn’t beach per se, it was Schlitterbahn’s view which was epic! Expedia had a great deal for the room and I’d definitely recommend and would book there again.”

“This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy”
