“We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Hotel. Everything went well. The only complaint was the staff cleaning the rooms in the morning were very loud. They would yell at each other giving instructions on room cleaning. That happened on our last day .”

“It wasn’t even hot in Galveston. It was maybe 80° and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up with the exterior humidity. It was truly pathetic. The beds are worn out. It’s like sleeping on a pillow. There’s way too soft. This hotel is in dire need of a PIP.”
