“Bed mattress was very comfortable. Great stay. Only suggestion is to let renters know which apps they can use to watch local TV (if any). Had a hard time figuring out all the apps and some were locked down.”

“I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...
