“The room was dirty when we got there. We ask for clean sheets we waited almost an hour for them. Then we put them on ourselves. The room stunk when we got there so we cleaned it ourselves as much as we could. The only staff member that was helpful was Shelly. She was great.”

“I never thought about what prison washcloths must be like until I arrived at this 60-70 year old motel. Black grime on edges/corners of floor, especially in the bathroom; random hairballs too. Unmatching furniture gives appearance of a Goodwill store. Mattresses are about 5 in. thick, pillows about 4 in. thick, sheets are cheap and loose, and I found myself wondering what was on the bedspread because I assume it's cleaned about as often as the floor.
