“Beautiful new hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly. Every staff member greeted both myself and my dog with enthusiasm. Perfect location in downtown West Chester. Parking in garage next store. Special price for guest. Does not accommodate vehicles needing higher height limits. Only 2 spaces for unloading luggage. Highly recommend. ”

“Second time staying at this quaint, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and hospitable hotel! So convenient to all the local sights plus located on a great, little campus with unique shops, art, and eateries.
Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, waffle maker, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea (latter offered 24/7). Comfy beds and wonderful shower with plenty of hot water. Great accommodations at a great price. ”
