“Very quaint and cute inn, very well located. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The only downside to this place is that the halls are loud, there's no sleeping in here. ”

“Sue the bartender in evening was very kind and had excellent service. Breakfast crew was very friendly as well and breakfast itself was decent. Friday morning the options were a bit smaller than Saturday which had eggs, Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy. Would revisit again when in need of place to stay in Roseville. Also the nearby restaurants are pretty dang good too. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I contacted them in advance to add a guest to my reservation, carefully spelled the name, and provided all necessary instructions. However, when my guest arrived, the front desk had no record of him, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. “I will never stay there again. 1st you have to pay $12 a day to park while staying at the hotel. 2nd , no carts for luggage, i had to make 3 trips to my car to bring up luggage. 3rd you want coffee in the lobby you have to pay for it, no comp anything. 4th, TV kept going black every 5 minutes. 5th, tried to call front desk, phone cord kept falling out.”

“The room was clean and everything that I needed was there. We had gotten a room for disabled, but it was only an extra large bathroom to accommodate a wheel chair. When I asked if I could get a room with a walk-in shower, they said it would be available on Sunday. I had it from that Sunday to Tues. ”
