“Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Really pleased with the customer service. Rooms were clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. I would like to see USB plugs or wireless charging in the rooms. Without a wall charger there was no way to charge my phone. Front desk lent me their own personal charging cube. Super nice! ”

We love the bedroom setup.. 3 Adults and a 10yr old.. everyone can have their own bed.. the lobby and outside area are very chill not to mention amenities like the Gym and AWESOME Hott Tub .. this was our 3rd year and we look forward to visiting again someday soon”

“The Monarch is a very clean establishment and the staff is super friendly. The one thing I didn’t like about my stay was when playing the slot machines, my husband and I waited hours before any staff greeted us and offered a drink. That is supposed to be part of the gambling experience is the complimentary drinks while gambling. This was the only thing I was impressed about for my stay everything else was amazing! ”
