“A very comfortable, clean facility with a gracious host and hostess. An exceptional breakfast each morning. A very convenient location to the hospital. Leave your car parked at the B & B. A matter of steps to the hospital. Move back and forth from the hospital during the day allowing rest time for the patient. I highly recommend this B & B. I spent five nights. No hesitation in going back.

“Booked 2 rooms in one transaction. Upon check in they said they only had one room, initially. Got it sorted and got the 2 rooms. Not beside each other, but on same floor. Also, the next morning, is it customary for housekeeping to knock on your door at 8:14am? Never experienced that before at any hotel.
We stayed there 3 months ago for multiple nights, that was a much better stay. ”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel.”

The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling as well.

“Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift.
Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”
