The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. Hotel Carolina
Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night.
