“We had an amazing stay. The pool was just the right size for a dip with an amazing view of Morne Rouge bay (BBC beach). Fabulous dock to sunbathe on or to sit and have drinks on. The staff were amazing snd so friendly. Its in a perfect position, walkable to Grand Anse and BBC beach. The room was modern, clean and spacious with a kitchenette and seating area. “The room was great however the resort restaurant was closed the day we arrived so no food on the resort. We had to taxi to a restaurant or order from Yogo. So not very convenient. "Location fantastica, resort immerso nel verde, giardini curati, ampi e ben distribuiti tra le varie palazzine. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è davvero la migliore dell’isola, in uno dei migliori punti della spiaggia stessa. Solo per la location sarebbe da 5 stelle. Veniamo ai servizi… premetto che il periodo della vacanza era agosto, per loro bassa stagione… Check in infinito, per pagare in contanti ci abbiamo messo quasi un’ora occupando ben tre receptionist. Pulizia generale buona, probabilmente però sotto organico, perché qualche volta è capitato che alle 18-18.30 non avessero ancora rifatto la stanza ( ma le cameriere erano ancora in giro per i corridoi a lavorare) Livello e condizioni della struttura abbastanza buoni. Buffet della colazione abbastanza vario anche se ripetitivo, la colazione era fino alle 11 ma spesso capitava che alle 10.30 mettessero via tutto. Pagata camera per 3 persone, colazione inclusa solo per 2. La terza persona doveva pagare per fare colazione (ben 30€ al giorno)… assurdo! Servizio asciugamani: in alcune giornate non era presente nessuno al desk quindi non si poteva cambiare l’asciugamano. Tutto sommato, se si ha un po’ di pazienza sui servizi, secondo me merita. "
