“All was OK but it was a little older than I thought it was going to be. Minimal amenities but bed slept well and shower was hot. That's all I really needed.”

“Hotel was good but booking experience was bad this time. I searched for Hotels in Pittsburgh Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn was second in the list with price, address was downtown. When I put address, it was 30 miles north of/away from Pittsburgh, that was very frustrating, I wasted my time going there and coming back.”

“Parking was good. Check in was fast. Lobby was very clean however room could have used a little more attention. Breakfast was ok but when it came to making the instant oatmeal there was no microwave. I asked attendant and was told he could take it in the back room and microwave it or I could take it to my room and use that microwave. I ate cold cereal with warm milk. Would I stay there again? Unsure”

“The staff was excellent. The property is undergoing a renovation so the cleanliness reflected that.”

“Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund.”

“Had to wait to check I. For about 20 minutes with the agent been in front of us while o. The phone with another customer what I did not like is that he had us waiting to check in without acknowledging us or welcoming us ! The room only had 1 towel for 3 people checking in .”

“The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you.”

“Room and facility were fine, but I had an accessible room and the shower head was low, so required to be handheld to use which was very awkward, and positioned such that water got everywhere. Very unpleasant.”

“We loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. The living space in the upstairs cottage/loft. The owners were very nice and willing to help in anyway that they could. They made a great breakfast to start your day. Great place!!”
