“The stay and price was ridiculous IHG properties are at the bottom end of a chain once reputable and hearing complaints about staff shortages is uncalled for. The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding. New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary. What a waste yet again!!!”

“I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection.
