“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

“The room was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is so comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. One minor issue is that their visa/debit isn't working for security deposit which needs to be fixed as all hotels have this as an option in 2026. But the staff waved the security deposit to fix the issue which was perfect. I love that they have rides to and from the hotel and amenities (clubhouse -restaurant and pool). “Room was clean, the internet was fast, beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. It’s all we needed. We’ll be coming back next time we are in Gravenhurst.”

“Floor not swept, cobwebs everywhere, obvious signs of previous flooding that was not repaired, it was like walking into a haunted house! Staff was friendly enough but not worth the stay imo”

Noticed that several of the guests were construction workers who walked about the halls & lobby in their work boots which will deteriorate the premises very quickly, perhaps they should be encouraged to change their footwear prior to checking in or at least clean their boots.
