“We arrived late to discover our unit had not been cleaned from the previous groups stay. While we had good communication from the owner earlier in the day we could not reach him for almost an hour once we realized the dirty condo. We were told to change our own sheets and I cleaned the toilets which had human waste on them and I cleaned the fridge and counter tops. The housekeeper came the next morning and did a quick cleaning job as we were in the unit on our vacation . Once we moved past that...
