“Room was accessed with key code, no interaction with staff, which we prefer. Clean, cute and comfortable room. Only thing that could have been better was to have access to a blow dryer. I couldn’t find one in the room and had to buy one. Would definitely stay again!”

“I can't say enough about my stay here. I was here for a funeral and the staff was amazing, especially Shirley who was helping with the breakfast. She was so sweet and wonderful to me and my family. The whole staff are very nice and kind. I will definitely stay here again if and when I return to Minnesota.”

“The breakfast at Americinn in Detroit Lakes is excellent! It includes four hot entrees, in addition to fresh waffles, fruit, breads, and yogurts. Even the 24 hr coffee table is well stocked with green, herbal and black teas and 3 types of coffee. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming too. We required emergency accommodations and this hotel helped us out tremendously with its availability and cost effectiveness.”
