My daughter became sick during our stay so was confined to the room and when I mentioned it to the front desk she said to let her know if we need anything at all and they would make her comfortable. “The breakfast is terrific the rooms are beautiful but I got to say they really need to work on their pool area the temperatures were not what they should have been ice cold hot tub fluctuating on cold and warm pool”

“we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. ”
