“Clean and well equipped rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They had kept an in-room crib per our request, and made our stay with our infant very easy. Although we booked the hotel for 2 nights, our plan was to leave at 6 PM the day before checkout to catch our flight. Low and behold, the flight got cancelled. But we were able to come back to our original room, given the friendly staff already gave us the tip that we could come back to the room if the flight gets cancelled or...

“The room was clean, which was a positive. However, the bathroom chair was unstable and wobbled, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. Unfortunately, none of the advertised amenities were available during my stay. The elevator, gym, and other facilities were all out of service, which was very disappointing. Another drawback was the lack of fresh air and natural light. Although the room had windows, they could not be opened, leaving the room feeling stuffy. Waking up without access to fresh...

“Nikki was super helpful. Although we stayed less than 12 hours we were mesmerized by the property. We missed the hot tub but really enjoyed the shower. Feels like waterfall. Exhaust fan isn’t working so they can fix that. Otherwise every single thing was top notch. Thanks to Syed for driving us. Very helpful guy.”
