“We had a ton of luggage from skiing and were put in a beautiful ground floor room after speaking with reception. The check in agent couldn't have been more helpful in setting up our 4:30 am shuttle trip to the airport. I used the shuttle twice and both times the drivers were very professional and helped with our luggage. “We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect as my parents we flying out the next morning and my husband and son were going to Banff. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. It was the smallest living area out of 3 properties we stayed at and not the cheapest. My parent's king room suited them well. “The place was very clean and well-kept, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and spotless.
