“They charge $5.00 self parking at the hotel. They should write the parking fee $5.00 clearly on web instead of "self-parking available - $5.00." Deceiving and stupid expression.”

“am giving this hotel a very bad rating. They did not reimburse us at all, even though our child was very sick. We were already in Boston and were supposed to check in, but we had to take him to the emergency room. We have all the documents, but they didn’t take any of it into consideration, and they didn’t compensate us in any way.”
