“Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was pleasant minus our keys weren’t working the second night but that was an easy fix as well as losing power on our first night but that’s pretty minor. Breakfast at the Redwood Grill was good and our waitress was very helpful. Thanks again for having our visit”

“Unable to secure room with my visa. Had to call a friend to come there and use theirs. beer cost 2x more than downtown bars They try to keep selling you food at the bar with every drink. Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back.”

“The breakfast was poor quality. The turkey patties were blue. The bacon smelled off. I know I’m very particular about food but you asked. Meats without additives or hormones matter. Pasteured chickens eggs’ taste better. Food quality matters to me. Thanks, Anita”

“Nice location, very amiable staff. No headboard on the bed, a personal peeve. The mattress comforts fair to tolerable. Expect not much adornment, but really don’t appreciate ceiling lighting only. Extremely institutional feel. Reading lamps even as a rental option, much better. Limited power points. Maybe I am not a dorm or hostel compliant traveller anymore….but it’s a modern world.”

“We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day. “Good location, close to the highway and a few restaurants. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The only drawback was the oven didn’t work everyday so a cold breakfast was served. But when the oven worked, the warm breakfast was good.”

“Everything was Unique about Moxys. The whole concept of the hotel is unique. The rooms are smaller than normal but satisfactorily, sufficient. No waste. It's a hotel that you feel like staying inside and enjoying all the amenities that they provide. We enjoyed watching Canada wine a FIFA game with several other Canadian cheering fans. An absolute beautiful patio and the food was delicious. I had very little sleep however because of the loud AC in the room. It will be our hotel of choice in the...
