“Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it...

“We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect.”
