Best stay in BJ - Great for Hi-Speed Rail Access
I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was new and clean and offered top level service in every area possible. The location was near the metro and in the perfect district of Beijing for all of my needs, however maybe not where a first time visitor would want to stay. The pool, gym, and restaurant were also A++

Overall the stay was pretty good, the facilities were well equipped albeit showing in age. Some of the public areas were in need of a deep clean or refurbishment. But the staff were great and extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. Ms. Yang the room service/cleaner on the 20th floor was especially helpful and was great at working around my schedule and routine, she also helped call down to front desk when my room key stopped working. By the way, the room keys gets wiped super easily, really needs to be fixed. The first floor buffet was also pretty good despite being a little overcrowded.

Faultless staff.
Wow! The staff members went out of their way to greet us in English, in a friendly manner at every opportunity throughout our stay (sounds basic but rarer than you think in China). Eleven and Duke on the front desk were stars. So kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your hard work during the festival.

The hotel is located in a nice area but a little farther from the downtown/city center areas as I would’ve liked. The hotel staff was helpful and some were able to communicate in English if you needed. the Dim Sum Brunch was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

I had an early flight and conveniently my bill "was not ready" upon my checkout and so I had to agree to check out without viewing my bill. Then once I had left it became clear that this was because charges had been added to my room from the minibar that I had not authorised and now I cannot reach the hotel by email or get someone to call me back. Terrible service and untrustworthy hotel staff. Would not have expected from a reputable brand.

와이파이 객실 사용은 유료인지 몰랐네요;; 제가 제대로 확인 안한것도 있지만 담당 직원은 중국어만 할 줄알고 영어를 못하네요. 와이파이 아이디를 물었는데도 유료라고 고지도 안해주고, 로그인 했다가 한국 사이트는 먹통이어서 바로 껐는데도 불구하고 로그인만 해도 돈 나간다고 2틀치 내라고 해서 냈어요. 옆방에서 샤워하는 물트는 소리, 애기 울음 소리, 말 소리 다들려요. 방음에 취약 ㅠㅠㅠ 그외는 괜찮은듯 해요

Great hotel
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Welcome cookies are a very nice surprise! Room could do with a little bit of attention but overall not bad and VERY comfortable. Staff very accomodating. However, the food and drinks are very overpriced. Would definitely stay again.

long queue
Always a long queue for the front desk. The check in staff tried their best to help customers. I think the hotel is cutting operating cost so that there is some shortage of staff. Also the breakfast in the executive level was not good! The best part is house cleaning was really doing good!

Nice Hotel, with big rooms as standard room. ATM machine in the hotel. Big good breakfast in different tasts. Limousine service to PEK airport, but expensive. Taxi much cheaper!!
