Nice but bad location
The hotel is nice, but far (700m) from the subway and 20min by taxi (RMB 30) from the forbidden city. The room was comfortable and had a nice view but not very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. After the second night my sleeping dress was missing from the room, staff was not helpful and they didn't do much about it. We tried to use swimmingpool but swimm caps were mandatory and they sell them for RMB 70 each, which is a crazy price. So it was really annoying and not fair. Also staff at spa wasn't available to say any word in english language.

Il personale non parlava una parola d'inglese 8e si tratta di un hotel a 5 stelle) e spesso non adempieva ai propri compiti (il consierge, non conoscendo una parola d'inglese, non sapeva indicarci i tour)

soggiorno al radegast hotel di pechino
siamo stati 5 giorni al Radegast: ottimo hotel in generale, camere bellissime, piscina e palestra più che soddisfacenti, personale molto disponibile e parla bene inglese. Uniche pecche: in inverno (come anche altri hotel) nelle camere è caldissimo, però sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno spostato su un piano più basso dove il caldo è molto più sopportabile. Internet nei piani alti non funziona, nei piani bassi si, anche se molto lentamente. Per un uso corretto bisogna andare nella Hall

Really great spacious room overlooking the Lake. Despite a firm handle on English, the staff strived very hard to meet all my needs. Good food options like in the Lakeside Cafe and cool outlook overlooking the Lake! Was a shame that some facilities were closed like the pool, but a good value stay nonetheless!

The property is very nice the front desk staff is not the friendliest and maybe because there was a language barrier we had issues with the check in. However they offered room service and they understood well and the hotel is very pretty and clean only issues we had was there seemed to be low pressure when using the cold water. Overall good stay with minor issues.

This hotel is very nice, the staff had limited english (only the manager could speak english), but the staff did fix any problem that came up. During the winter, air conditioning is not available (only heating). The hotel is very close to a large park. The room was very large, very nice, and had a great view of the park (ask for a view of the park). The area is very safe and close to restaurants, massage stores, and many other things. You will need to take a taxi to go to the subway. Tours are available at the concierge desk. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is very nice (free brunch included). There is a pool, spa, and gym available as well. I would highly recommend this hotel, but ask for a room in the large building.

Pros- view of the lake, free drinking water. Cons- rooms designed for solo travellers, so only one seat. Rooms are not soundproofed and curtains aren’t black out so not great if you are a light sleeper. Air conditioning controlled by reception and can’t be changed. It was so hot and stuffy, very uncomfortable. Broken hooks in the bathroom so towels have to go on the floor or hang on back of the one seat! The maid doesn’t clean the room, just makes the bed. E.g. One bin wasn’t emptied for three days. Location is not convenient as far from subway and tours won’t collect from boundary of 2nd ring. The pool had gross towels down around floor to stop slipping. The breakfast is extortionate compared to other restaurants in the area and overall the staff don’t seem to want to deal with westerners. This is not a convenient hotel and is primed for Chinese business men. It is definitely not 5 stars. If you are a tourist, I’d recommend staying closer to the Forbidden City, and within the 2nd ring boundary. Don’t be fooled by photos. It’s not worth it.

很好的選擇
雖然與照片不同，但房間大、乾淨、態度好、還幫忙訂景區票，特別是吹風機難得好用。離地鐵站約二、三十分鐘步行距離，但公車方便，走幾步路就有超市、便利店、水果店、麵店、慶豐包子、護國寺小吃、蘭州拉麵等，相當便利。

ホテルから地下鉄最寄り駅まで距離ありますが、タクシーをよく利用する人は気にしないかもしれません。 ほとんどきれいに見えますが、浴室がすごいトイレっぽいにおいがします。 部屋内のカーペット埃が溜まってる感じです。 回りに怪しい人間が少なくて、安全面ではおすすめです。 フロントの対応がよかったです。

Très bon hôtel mais la communication est difficile. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. D’une façon on générale les chinois ne font aucun effort de compréhension.

Hotels.com 给我安排了套间， 但是居然不管早饭。。。 酒店地下室有游泳池，很不错。但更衣室的地面卫生要改进，桑拿室坏了很久也没人修。

Ok but not quite what it used to be. Bathroom mold
nice hotel but a bit worn I would say. Amazing view. Fantastic beds and pillows. Bathroom mold always. I go here 4 times a year for 10 years. Dont speak great english. Breskfast buffet pretty good for westerners. Not the best of the best but the best in the area. Close to Panjiayuan antique market. Beautiful park across the street.

gone downhill. lots of mold in the bathroom always
made me pay 300 extra to switch rooms and gave me an identical room????? bathroom had lots of mold in the shower in both rooms. I stay here 4xs a year for 8 years. Has gone downhill. Service is minimal. Didnt expect to get charged to stay in the same room

Lyxigt och prisvärt val för två budgetresenärer. Lite mögel och rost gömmer sig i badrum och poolavdelning, men ett annars mycket fräscht hotell! Bra service, bekväma sängar och nära till supermarkets (1 minut) och tunnelbana (drygt 10 minuter).

Everything was perfect on this hotel, location, food, amenities services and most helpful staff. Hotel is clean all the time , breakfast buffet is great with a variety of food, room is bigger and very comfortable. Close to tourist attractions 10 minutes by car, we recommend use Didi ( uber) and use the premier services its the best and very affordable.. hotel its your best choice!'

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile etwas in die Hahre gekommen, ist aber immer noch empfehlenswert. Große Zimmer, schön eingerichtet. Mit Bus gut angebunden.

北京自由行力推的飯店
人衛酒店的房間空間寬敞，衛浴設備高級又舒適，大廳服務人員親切。飯店走出去三分鐘就有超市和北京著名的慶豐包子店，零食早餐水果或者補充生活物品都很沒問題！利用櫃檯叫車出門，很快就上高速，四通八達到那裡都很方便。另外飯店內的早餐CP值也很高，以北京的物價，以我花的費用在跨年期間入住，相當值得！

外観など印象は良いが、ブラインドの一部が壊れているなど残念なところも。 チェックイン後に部屋に入ってトイレを見たら、汚れが…。一度流したら綺麗になったが…、そう言う事。 ロケーションは駅から約2kmなので近いとは言えない。近くにマッサージ店やコンビニがあったのは加点。

Best value
The bed, shower and bath tub are amazing, and you can't beat the price. Views of Longtan park and the river were amazing, even in the winter. Be prepared to use your translator, none of the staff speak english. And don't eat at the hotel, it's really subpar. Good location and not too far from the central sights. Taxi will cost about 15-20 yuan for anywhere you want to go, 30 yuan from the beijingnan train station. Even though it has ac/heater, the staff sets one temp for all rooms and your choice is to either have the air on or off. So we were way too hot.

酒店中文是"人為酒店", 房內基本設備尚算可以, 但茶杯欠奉 ><, 房間向龍潭公園, 觀景開陽, 距離地鈇潘家園站要20分鐘步行路程,A,B出口都可以,有行理最好走A出口. 附近也有幾條公車線,交通尚算方便.

部屋の写真がわかりずらいですが、お値段対比で非常に良いです。公園が近くて飲食店、地元のスーパーなども徒歩2分で、非常に便利、中国語が話せれば無料で1時間30分レイトチェックアウトにしてくれます。また機会があれば利用すると思います、天壇公園、北京体育館周辺の観光に便利です、王府井、天安門はタクシーで15分かかりません。
