Hotel a Belcher

“Break fast menu was okay but property has very little eating options. They need a food court. Room was worn.I stayed there last in 2014 and they are moving away from the margriitaville them which is said. They now have a noddle restaurant where the margritaville was..sad. This casino does not even have poker. I would recommend to go to another property as the best thing about this property is the Bass pro shops next door. ”

“The staff is the best part of this property! There are a lot of place to eat nearby and a Walmart across the street. Pet friendly and nice ”

“The housekeeping staff knocked just once and immediately opened the door while I was still inside the room. This happened three times in a single day—they entered without proper notice each time. That’s completely unacceptable.”

“Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! Yuck. It was convenient to the airport that is the...

“I had a no smoking room when I approached my room. I thought someone was smoking in the hallway. When I got into my room, it just felt dirty and dingy. It looked like a ghost was sitting over in the chair like someone had been sitting there all day. The next morning, I got my breakfast. I walked back through the smoky smell of the hallway. I couldn’t stay there more than four days I have booked it for four days but only could stay one night.”

“Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!”

“Terrible nasty room. Staff unhelpful. Management unhelpful. Not clean room wasn't mopped. Floor sticky bathroom was Terrible will never stay again”

“The staff were awesome—especially the ones working the breakfast buffet and the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and kind. Those ladies were so patient with my daughters. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and fresh. The girls absolutely loved the indoor pool. ”

“Clean room”

“Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay.”

“Room lights and bathroom lights wasn’t working properly. Took 2 days to partially fixed the issue because it returned the next day. ”
