Hotel in zona Belek Golf Area, Serik

"Hotel bellissimo, con tutti i comfort, cibo buonissimo, non sempre le traduzioni in inglese. Corrette o comprensibili, un buffet breakfast e dinner eccezionale per qualità, quantità e presentazione. Piscina bellissima e spiaggia (sulla scogliera, ma va benissimo) superba, bambini non troppo molesti. Ho apprezzato la piscina per adulti. PURTROPPO C'È POCA ATTENZIONE AI NON FUMATORI, IN UN HOTEL DEL GENERE COME QUESTO. CI VORREBBE UN PO' DI RISPETTO PER CHI NON FUMA (IO SONO ALLERGICA ALLA NICOTINA) IN TERRAZZA TUTTI FUMATORI, IN SPIAGGIA ADDIRITTURA COI SIGARI, IN PISCINA PURE. Da viaggiatrice ed operatrice del settore ho trovato lo staff in generale (ovunque, non solo in hotel) un po' brusco, come se si sforzassero di sorridere o dire buongiorno, oltre al fatto che parlano poco o niente inglese. "

"Hotel comodo al centro con parcheggio sotterraneo. Moto al sicuro… Colazione buona e con molta varietà. La camera così così ..moquette sporca e condizioni abbastanza scadenti. Per una notte accettabile…"

"It wasn’t the best to argue all the way just to have two rooms at least on the same floor. Thinking of a family like ourselves with 4 kids, you can’t just separate us on different floors in a city hotel.. this was requested months ago but didnt help at all.. it was a quite a troublesome checking in running around arguing and changing rooms unnecessarily.. it was a common sense above all.."
