“Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished. “We were very happy with our stay here, everyone we encountered was helpful and eager to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a month on their bed. The hotel is quiet and we had no interruptions. The room was clean and bright. There was no shampoo or soap on offer, which we would have considered a basic amenity. “fanstastico hotel, ideale per viaggi d'affari. non lontano dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Pulito, comodo, accogliente. si sviluppa su due piani su una ampia superficie su due livelli. Per salire al primo piano non c'è l'ascensore (o era guasto?) dunque in caso di valigie pesanti chiedete la preferenza al momento della prenotazione .”
