“Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished. “We were very happy with our stay here, everyone we encountered was helpful and eager to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a month on their bed. The hotel is quiet and we had no interruptions. The room was clean and bright. There was no shampoo or soap on offer, which we would have considered a basic amenity. “What a fantastic place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, pillows like clouds and a good nights sleep. Towels a good size. Restaurant with comfortable seats. Great decor. We ate in the evening and the best steaks we had had in a long time! Our dog was given a bowl of water. The grounds are perfect for dog walking. Grass and shingle. (Beware of the rabbit/badger holes if going out at night) We didn’t eat breakfast as we’re in a hurry but it looked like a fab selection. A great location...
