Our tastefully furnished private en-suite studio is designed to make you feel at home while you’re away.

The modern kitchen includes a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, with sugar, coffee, teas, cooking oil, spices, and purified water provided for your convenience. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and fresh white towels.

Relax on the queen-size bed in front of a smart TV with Netflix and Digi TV (130 channels). A chic dining table doubles as a workspace, and soundproof windows plus a brand-new AC unit ensure a restful night. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi delivers the fastest internet speeds in Belize.

PARKING:
Please note that we only offer street parking. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our vehicles on the street every night.

THE PROPERTY:
Our mini boutique aparthotel Stylish Apartments offers 3 apartments in total. Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is meant for all our guests and serves as our lobby area.

We are currently renovating our yard, fence, and landscape. We are also adding another unit at the back and an outdoor kitchen/bbq for our guests. This work does not happen every day and it is always finished before 5 pm. We want our guests to be aware of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry service is available on the premises for an additional fee, Monday through Friday. Clean towels and bed linen are provided to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can also provide beach towels.

PETS:
We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$25 per day.

BIKES:
We share our personal bikes with our guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup!

**Our apartments are strictly non-smoking, including marijuana, anywhere within our property. Please smoke outside to avoid affecting other guests and residents with open windows.
