“The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing ”

“We stayed here for a few days/nights in April 2026. Sargassum is hard to contain, but they did the best that they could. The food, staff and accommodations were excellent. We stayed in B1 right on the beach. Just beautiful! There was a catamaran dock 2 minutes from where we stayed that was one of the best excursions we’ve been on. Coco Beach helped set this up for us. We’ll be back again!”

“Really nice waterfront property. Has a really nice feel to it with the hatched roof and really good spots to sit. One hiccup was the pickup from airport, the staff just didn't show up though they knew ahead of time what flight I was coming on and confirmed it. But I did not get any message from them when I landed and had to walk with luggage to the property. Food, staff and service was good, no issues to report here. The beach area is not good for swimming i.e. water does not look clean &...

É un hôtel piuttosto piccolo, in cui il personale ci tiene a « conoscere » personalmente ogni singolo ospite, creando quindi un ambiente familiare che ci é piaciuto molto. In quanto utenti gold avevamo la colazione inclusa; la colazione é alla carta, il menu é vasto, il cibo ottimo, abbiamo scelto cose diverse ogni giorno. “The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but ”
