The spa quality was outstanding despite our therapist not being accustomed to homosexual couples experiences, their hand strength and overall professionalism made up for the awkward conversation beforehand. Mi sono lamentata perché la camera non andava bene era rumorosa a causa di condizionatori posti accanto a villa margarita. Non è stato possibile il cambio perché l'hotel era pieno. Hanno dato la colpa dell'errore a hotel.com . La struttura comunque è bella e ben tenuta. La spiaggia ideale per il relax”

There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling.
