“The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. “Chloe and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was amazing! It was secluded and our room was clean and had everything we needed! We ate at the restaurant and it was so delicious! They make their own pizza! We used their stand up paddle board and kayak to explore the ocean. You can really tell that they take pride in their service and facility. This is a must stay when you are staying in Maya Beach!”

“Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. ”
