Perfect getaway
We spent 3 days at the Therapy Cabins. It was exactly the relaxed getaway we were looking for.
Communication with the hosts was great and they made it super easy to get to and from the island. Althea picked us up at the airport and took us to the grocery to pick up supplies before heading out.
The property is really well maintained and the views are beautiful. We weren't coming to the island for modern amenities, but I was surprised at some of the comforts they are able to provide on the island. Reliable wifi all across the property, nice bathrooms and cook space, daily meals served to your cabin if you want them. Im one who likes it cold to sleep, so I was a little worried about the heat with no AC, but between the breeze and fans in the cabin, it was really comfortable at night.
We spent or time fishing, kayaking around the island, and just relaxing on dock. Emilys cooking had us loooking forward to dinner every night. It was nice feeling like we were getting fresh home cooked dinner each night. Christian was very helpful with anything we needed. Although we didnt take advantage of it, Eugene was available to take the boat out for fishing, snorkeling, tups back to the mainland. I was thankful for the fresh sardines the guys would catch to keep us stocked up on bait for fishing. The staff at the cabins were wonderful.
If you're looking for a relaxing getway from the crowds and hustle and bustle, I can't imagine there's a better place to stay in the area.
