“The checkin was fine but the whole lobby area, hall and in my room smelled like smoke and I had booked a non smoking room. I was so exhausted after an eleven hour drive I just collapsed on the bed to rest and didn’t go out and complain. I smelled smoke all night. Didn’t sleep well. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was standard for the price.”

From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. “The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off...
