Hotel vicino a Bell Creek Nature Preserve - Tampa

“The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was...

“The pool was nice size. The cleaning staff was rude. My teen slipped on a wet floor with no caution sign and no real way to see it was wet. The staff that was moping it responded with "She should have seen it was wet" with an attitude. Then, she proceeded to go get a Wet floor sign. ”
